Earn an ASCP BOC credential

Please choose the specific type of ASCP BOC credential for which you are applying:

Applications need to be submitted online and payment received within 30 days of the date you started the application. Applications are not considered complete until payment has been received and fully processed. Check payments must be mailed with the invoice to the address indicated on the invoice within 30 days of starting the application.

State-Licensure-Only Examinations

California and New York offer state-licensure-only examinations through the ASCP Board of Certification (BOC). If you pass a state-licensure-only examination, you do not earn an ASCP BOC credential. If you meet the eligibility requirements for an ASCP BOC credential, apply to earn an ASCP BOC credential using the links above.
